Chanel Flow Management Assistant

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the La Sirène Atelier, welcoming internal clients and managing garment intake and labeling from boutiques and B2B channels.
- Identify and implement solutions to streamline Atelier operations.
- Facilitate communication with internal clients and boutiques.
- Manage product flow, including order opening, labeling, and conveying order information to the Atelier team.
- Ensure optimal organization and maintenance of stock storage.
- Prepare and oversee product transfers between the Atelier and boutiques.
- Reassemble cleaned garment sets and conduct quality control before dispatching to boutiques.
- Promote collaboration by ensuring effective information sharing within the Atelier and with boutiques.
- BTS or Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury industry challenges, communication, customer experience, and sustainability.
- Agility and flexibility in a start-up environment.
- Operational focus and initiative-taking ability.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion or related industry is preferred.
BTS or Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
