1. Lead and inspire a team of approximately 50 individuals to achieve and exceed performance targets in the Fashion and Watch & Jewelry sectors.
2. Establish a world-class service and selling culture, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
3. Oversee key operational areas including buyings, sales development, operations, after-sales, learning, visual merchandising, and client engagement.
4. Develop and implement strategic business initiatives in alignment with the brand's vision and strategy.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
6. Communicate Chanel's aesthetic vision to clients, ensuring the boutique's assortment aligns with global and regional guidelines.
7. Embody the Chanel Client relational promise, guaranteeing an ultimate luxury experience.
8. Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences and build client loyalty.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management.
2. At least 5 years of shop floor experience within the luxury industry.
3. Proven leadership skills with a focus on people management and continuous improvement.
4. Fluency in English, with proficiency in German preferred; French is a plus.
