1. Design and perform ad-hoc financial analysis ensuring data integrity through checks and balances.
2. Review and challenge key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results.
3. Monitor financial and operational performance using KPIs and automated reports to support business decision-making.
4. Analyze and explain variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
5. Articulate the financial consequences of management decisions with medium and long-term implications.
6. Act as a subject matter expert to support data quality and improve business performance.
7. Support and coach colleagues in the use of technological tools.
8. Proactively seek innovative solutions to optimize data analysis and modeling processes.

1. University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
2. Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis concepts and principles.
3. Extensive experience in the finance department of a multinational company.
4. Strong background in Controlling and Budget Analysis with hands-on experience in finance systems.

1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
2. Empathy and sensitivity to change impacts.
3. Ability to build meaningful relationships and pre-empt stakeholder needs.
4. Proficiency in IT tools, innovation use, and automation.

Extensive experience in the finance department of a multinational company, with a strong background in Controlling and Budget Analysis.

University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
