- Clean, transform, and reconcile data from diverse sources using Excel and Power Query.
- Assist in readiness projects focusing on data quality checks, root cause analysis, and financial dimensions mapping.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Document workflows, data lineage, and data dictionaries to enhance organizational data understanding and usage.
- Generate reports or dashboards highlighting key insights related to data quality and governance compliance.
- Collaborate with the UK Data Manager and stakeholders across departments to gather and share data usage requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials or manuals supporting data governance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-related roles, particularly in data cleaning, merging, and quality checks.
- Strong understanding of financial principles with previous experience in finance functions.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Microsoft D365, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), or Coupa (S2P) is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills for thriving in team-oriented settings.
- Curiosity and a strong learning mindset.
A minimum of three years in data-related roles, with a focus on data cleaning, merging, and quality checks, preferably within finance functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
