Chanel Finance Project Assistant Intern

The Parfums Beauté division is currently enhancing its financial and non-financial performance management capabilities amidst evolving systems, tools, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the management and monitoring of transformation and optimization projects for financial tools and processes, including diagnostics, planning, documentation, business needs validation, testing, and reporting.
- Participate in the collection, documentation, and validation of business needs with Finance and Sustainability teams.
- Assist in establishing efficient data management, transformation, and valorization processes, including automation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to data governance implementation among stakeholders, defining roles, responsibilities, and process documentation.
- Ensure data reliability and quality throughout the production chain in collaboration with IT teams.
- Aid in the creation of insightful financial and non-financial reports using PowerBI and/or PowerQuery for various division functions.
- Support change management and training by assisting users in adopting new tools and processes through communication, training, and support creation.
- Participate in training new employees on Finance/Data tools and processes.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school with a specialization in finance, management, IT, or data.
- Curiosity and rigor in digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerQuery.
- Analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a preference for teamwork and cross-functional project management.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous with a desire to engage in large-scale projects in a demanding and stimulating environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ideally, candidates will have prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in finance, digital transformation, data, or consulting.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
