1. Oversee and manage the company's financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with internal, local, and international standards, including IFRS.
2. Lead accounting operations such as payment processing, accounts receivable and payable, expense reports, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
3. Prepare and validate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
4. Manage cash flow forecasting and drive the optimization of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and precision.
5. Lead and mentor a talented accounting team, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.
6. Organize workshops and train retail teams on cash handling and boutique sales procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
7. Collaborate with local and regional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
8. Lead financial projects that adhere to evolving local regulations and contribute to global digital transformation goals.

1. A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent).
2. CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
3. 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.

2. Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
3. Proven communication skills and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
4. Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
5. Strong knowledge of financial tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and office software, especially Excel.
6. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.

A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
