- Oversee and manage the company's financial and accounting activities, ensuring compliance with internal, local, and international standards, including IFRS.
- Lead accounting operations such as payment processing, accounts receivable and payable, expense reports, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and validate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and drive the optimization of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and precision.
- Lead and mentor a talented accounting team, providing guidance and feedback to foster professional growth and a culture of excellence.
- Organize workshops and train retail teams on cash handling and boutique sales procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Lead financial projects that adhere to evolving local regulations and contribute to global digital transformation goals.
- A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent).
- CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
- Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural environment.
- Proven communication skills and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong knowledge of financial tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and office software, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
