1. Monitor and analyze construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects for European boutiques, producing bi-monthly analyses.
2. Participate in defining construction, renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance budgets (CAPEX) for European boutiques.
3. Ensure the integrity of financial information within information systems, including construction costs, space areas, and CAPEX/OPEX allocation.
4. Independently drive the automation of certain processes, such as reporting and reconciliation.
5. Add value through data analysis, including data management and the development of data processing robots/macros.
6. Contribute to strategic analyses and presentations for top management.
7. Support administrative managers by creating cost centers and providing necessary data extractions for billing/payment tracking.
8. Facilitate quarterly closing exercises and budget updates for the Maison.

1. Enrolled in a top business or engineering school with a specialization in corporate finance.
2. Previous internships in management control or demonstrated interest in financial analysis.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and synthesis.
2. Autonomous and proactive with a curious mindset.
3. Excellent prioritization and responsiveness.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
6. Fluent in English.

Previous internship experience in management control or financial analysis is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree at a top business or engineering school, specializing in corporate finance.
