1. Review and ensure the integrity of financial information during market closing processes.
2. Analyze market budgets and forecasts.
3. Participate in consolidation activities.
4. Create a KPI book for market distribution.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of the Fragrance and Beauty business in Europe through weekly and monthly reports.
6. Evaluate investment requests such as store openings and relocations.
7. Propose automation solutions for processes and enhance data analysis capabilities.
8. Support expenditure tracking across various departments.
9. Contribute to the monthly cost tracking and budget revision of central services.
10. Engage in strategic analysis and presentations for top management.

1. Currently enrolled in a top business or engineering school with a specialization in corporate finance or audit.
2. Previous internship experience in management control or a strong interest in financial analysis.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is advantageous.
5. Fluent in English.

Previous internships in management control or related financial analysis roles are preferred.
