Chanel Finance Data Automation Project Coordinator

1. Lead and coordinate projects to automate repetitive financial analyses and reporting processes across corporate finance functions.
2. Design, develop and maintain ETL routines and data pipelines to consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
3. Build and deploy interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insight for finance stakeholders and senior management.
4. Validate data quality and implement control checks to ensure accuracy and auditability of automated outputs.
5. Document technical solutions, process flows and user guides; ensure handover and maintain version control.
6. Collaborate with controllers, FP&A, IT and external partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
7. Train end users on new automated reports and support adoption through change management activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance format required).
2. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business questions into reproducible technical solutions.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with finance and IT teams.
4. Autonomous, detail‑oriented and accustomed to working in a high‑standards luxury environment with confidential financial data.

Internship or academic project experience in data analysis, financial reporting automation or business intelligence is preferred; prior exposure to corporate finance processes or an FP&A environment is an advantage.

Enrolled in an accredited university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering or a related field; eligibility for alternance/work‑study required.
