1. Manage and maintain worldwide Finance Communication channels and tools, including the Finance intranet, monthly newsletter, and Teams channel.
2. Coordinate and organize Finance events such as spotlight sessions, townhall meetings, career days, and seminars.
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance communication tools.
4. Develop innovative communication strategies across diverse markets and cultures.
5. Create sophisticated content for executives to highlight key Finance activities.
6. Support ad hoc communication needs from Finance Leaders and Managers.
7. Build a community of change and communication champions to support finance transformation projects.
8. Analyze Key Performance Indicators to measure the impact of communication activities and inform strategies.

1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communication-related role.

1. Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills.
2. Extensive knowledge of Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3. Proficiency in SharePoint, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, and creative digital tools such as Photoshop, Camtasia, and InDesign.
4. Ability to query and manipulate data.
5. Visual storytelling skills.

A minimum of five years in a communication-related role, with experience in leading diverse and collaborative international teams.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent in communication, marketing, or similar.
