1. Manage the UK Region Fragrance & Beauty, Travel Retail, Canada, and Export businesses.
2. Provide analysis and insights into distribution channels to support strategic decision-making.
3. Lead the month-end close process for respective markets and prepare financial journals.
4. Conduct monthly meetings with key budget holders to review actuals and forecasts.
5. Enhance FP&A reporting and generate weekly sales reports.
6. Promote process improvements within Finance through streamlining and system enhancements.
7. Prepare annual budgets and strategic presentations with the Regional F&B Director and Head of F&B Finance.
8. Maintain strong relationships with business directors and Finance team to ensure strategic support and clear communication.
9. Support business decision-making through analysis of business challenges and development areas.
10. Consolidate and analyze Capital Expenditure Projects with the Head of F&B.
11. Prepare and review monthly management accounts and budgets for Export Markets and Travel Retail.
12. Ensure data quality and maintenance within Location Tool and Regional BI Data.
13. Collaborate with systems, business, and financial accounts teams to improve processes and reporting.
14. Conduct month-end and closing reviews.

1. Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.

1. Strong Excel skills and understanding of financial systems.
2. Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously.
3. Excellent time management and professional communication skills.
4. Team player with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in finance.

Completed financial qualification (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
