1. Serve as a strategic advisor to program and leadership teams across the Americas and the Caribbean.
2. Support financial and operational management, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulations.
3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and financial documentation.
4. Collaborate with global and regional teams to enhance systems and processes.
5. Provide financial insights and risk management advice to support grant management and programmatic initiatives.

1. Recognized accountancy qualification.
2. Experience in finance/accounting within a US registered 501(c)(3) organization.
3. Direct experience in programmatic support within an international organization.

Significant experience in a finance/accounting role, particularly within a non-profit or international organization setting.

Recognized accountancy qualification required.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $130,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
