Chanel Field Training Manager

- Deliver training events in collaboration with the Academy Team and other departments, including the annual Consultant Atelier.
- Drive commercial performance and enhance client experience across all product categories.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching and develop individual coaching plans with management.
- Collaborate with Head of Sales, Retail Development Managers, and Academy Training team to identify learning opportunities.
- Analyze data to manage training priorities and implement learning strategies.
- Create high-standard blended learning resources for in-store training using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Act as a digital learning champion, creating and adapting digital learning modules.
- Maintain a strong field training presence, sharing best practices and fostering collaboration.
- Support talent development within the Beauty Advisor community.
- Manage time effectively to maximize the impact of store visits and create detailed reports.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Significant experience in training delivery within the luxury retail sector, particularly in fragrance and beauty.
