2. Collect and analyze training-related KPIs to monitor effectiveness.
3. Support the logistical organization of in-person training sessions and educational events.

5. Collaborate on updating and improving educational and training materials.

1. Degree, preferably in humanities.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
6. Strong interest in the luxury fashion sector.
