1. Lead and develop the Fashion Stockist team, fostering collaboration and effective information sharing.
2. Ensure seamless stock operations, including receipt, control of deliveries, and inventory management.
3. Optimize stock processes to support the financial health and smooth operations of the boutique.
4. Collaborate with boutique teams to deliver an elevated client experience.
5. Provide regular stock analysis and insights to inform sales strategies.
6. Identify and propose process improvements for supply systems and logistics.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or logistics, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Deep understanding of stock management processes and procedures.
3. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an asset.
