1. Lead and mentor a team of Fashion Advisors to create an aspirational client experience.
2. Ensure the team understands and implements Chanel's strategic vision.
3. Empower Fashion Advisors to build personalized and long-lasting client relationships.
4. Manage recruitment, leadership, and individual goal setting for team members.
5. Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with back-office teams.
6. Mentor team members and develop action plans for growth, including training programs.
7. Coach the team in House Style & Fashion expertise to create unique client experiences.
8. Contribute to the Buying Strategy and oversee client buying requests.
9. Act as an ambassador of the Chanel brand at the boutique and client events.
10. Ensure the sales floor reflects Chanel’s luxurious image and collaborate on maintenance needs.
11. Drive business growth through robust sales and improved efficiencies.
12. Define and execute the annual Boutique operational roadmap.
13. Monitor sales data to ensure targets are met and implement action plans to develop business.
14. Plan staff schedules to ensure efficient sales floor coverage.
15. Manage client conflicts with sensitivity and astuteness.
16. Provide feedback on new tools and services to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
