Chanel Fashion Operations Specialist

- Supervise incoming shipments and adjust priorities to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain necessary documentation for merchandise receipt processes.
- Collaborate with the warehouse fashion team to manage and control boutique returns.
- Generate performance indicator reports for deliveries, including tracking collections, average delays, and performance trends.
- Act as a liaison for merchandise communications between Paris, Candiac distribution center, and boutiques.
- Coordinate orders and distribution of sales support materials.
- Oversee dormant stock and coordinate returns to headquarters with the merchandising manager.
- Actively participate in organizing staff sales in collaboration with the merchandising manager.
- Engage in the recycling process of unsold products, including documentation preparation and global team meetings.
- Manage D365 updates, testing, priority tracking, and coordinate with IT services.
- Handle budget management and orders for uniforms and packaging from creation to receipt.
- Lead future developments, including projects on simplifying online order packaging and developing uniform applications.
- Proven experience in inventory and operations management.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in D365 or similar software.
- Data analysis skills for maintaining and interpreting performance indicator reports.
- Initiative and ability to propose suggestions and new ideas.
- Experience in leading IT development projects.
Demonstrated experience in inventory and operations management, with a strong background in data analysis and IT project leadership.
