1. Support the Fashion Operations Manager in daily operations within the Middle East market.
2. Assist in the deployment of key projects, including INCHANEL, RFID, and Staff Scheduling tool.
3. Ensure smooth execution of operations and participate in monthly committee meetings.
4. Facilitate boutique deployment for the RFID project and provide market feedback.
5. Oversee the pilot launch phase of the Staff Scheduling tool in Dubai Mall and support its deployment in other locations.
6. Provide training and support to boutique teams on new applications.
7. Maintain strong communication with boutique teams and support their operational efficiency.
8. Prepare customs documentation and coordinate with forwarders for timely customs clearance.
9. Monitor and follow up on Statement of Accounts to Wholesale partners and manage customs and freight portals.
10. Support the development of a Freight dashboard and reporting data.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Previous internship experience in a similar role is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. Proactive, curious, and reactive mindset.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent team player.

First experience in a similar role or mission is preferred.
