1. Produce and update reports and analyses of sales and retail performance to support retail boutiques.
2. Develop new tools for retail business follow-up.
3. Participate in Monthly Business Reviews to provide a comprehensive overview.
4. Follow up on the performance of implemented actions and share results with the Fashion team.
5. Assist the team on business development projects for the region.
6. Propose action plans based on business needs and analysis.
7. Support the team with relevant KPIs and analysis to fine-tune collection assortments.
8. Manage monthly reorders for Eyewear and F&B by analyzing sales and stock.
9. Plan and follow up on monthly rebalancing of collections.
10. Monitor transfer requests and stock action plans, promoting best practices in all boutiques.
11. Prepare and communicate necessary elements for competitors’ price surveys to Paris.
12. Conduct in-depth analyses of competitors' business activities in the region.
13. Manage the creation of a Monthly Newsletter highlighting key actions and retail animations.
14. Optimize and develop tools for operational efficiency.

1. First successful experience in Merchandising or as a Business Analyst, preferably in the fashion industry.

1. Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
3. Strong Excel and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in English; French is an advantage.

A minimum of one year of experience in Merchandising or Business Analysis within the fashion industry is preferred.
