Chanel Fashion Learning Manager

- Develop and energize boutique teams by identifying and addressing coaching needs in fashion expertise and client experience.
- Support the onboarding process for newcomers, emphasizing the unique CHANEL difference.
- Organize and deliver one-on-one coaching and team development sessions within boutiques.
- Monitor and support the implementation of action plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Validate Fashion Advisors' knowledge post-training through in-boutique observation and feedback.
- Consolidate and report on KPIs and skills development progress, creating qualitative and quantitative reports for continuous improvement.
- Engage with the BenSca Learning team to share feedback and best practices, coordinating learning content dissemination.
- Collaborate with Boutique Management to adapt learning tools to specific boutique needs and strategies.
- Organize learning sessions that align European and BenSca strategies with boutique priorities.
- Participate in deploying boutique business and customer experience action plans.
- Ensure successful rollout of strategic projects such as IN CHANEL and CHANEL & MOI.
- Organize and host engaging learning sessions at various locations, including boutiques, HQ, or Paris.
- Deliver impactful training tailored to team needs, inviting specialists to co-host sessions.
- Higher education qualifications.
- At least 5 years of related experience in fashion, preferably within the luxury market.
- Passion for people development and ability to bring out the best in individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal, training, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical, business-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
- Proactive, organized, with effective priority management skills.
- Solid understanding of fashion culture.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a related fashion role, with luxury market experience preferred.
Higher education qualifications required.
