- Meet and exceed business growth objectives.
- Engage and supervise management and front- and back-office teams, fostering team spirit and collaboration.
- Drive boutique growth and efficiency, aligning with the House Strategy.
- Implement Fashion Europe operational strategy and oversee boutique activities.
- Monitor commercial, client, financial, and budgetary indicators, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Develop and coordinate sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives within budget.
- Ensure efficient stock management and adherence to control procedures.
- Amplify brand performance by communicating Chanel's aesthetic vision to clients.
- Capture the essence of each collection in the buying assortment, ensuring alignment with the Boutique Buying Strategy.
- Enhance boutique aesthetic desirability through inspirational Visual Merchandising.
- Embody Chanel's aesthetic as an ambassador both internally and externally.
- Place client engagement at the center of operations, ensuring exceptional service and unique client experiences.
- Develop and implement client strategies and engagement plans.
- Utilize marketing, events, and services to deepen client relationships.
- At least 4–5 years of experience as a Boutique Director or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent spoken and written Italian language skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English; French language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team inspiration abilities.
- Experience in delivering outstanding client service and building long-term relationships.
A minimum of 4–5 years in a leadership role within a luxury boutique environment, demonstrating a track record of driving business results and fostering team collaboration.
