- Develop and execute client engagement strategies across boutiques in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and external agencies to enhance client experiences.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new services and digital tools, providing feedback to management.
- Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and mystery shopping, reporting insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to the 'CHANEL & moi' philosophy and manage after-sales services.
- Oversee hospitality services and implement gifting strategies within budgetary guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the client database, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze client KPIs and share insights to understand client profiles and trends.
- Support Fashion Advisors in achieving clienteling objectives through training and performance monitoring.
- Organize and manage in-boutique client events, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador during events and manage logistics for shows and client events.
- Monitor event budgets and provide post-event analysis.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Retail or Fashion Marketing.
- Experience in transversal management and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive, client-centric approach with excellent relational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive team energy.
