1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.

4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in watches and jewelry.
2. High School Degree minimum.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel and its offerings.

Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in watches and jewelry.

High School Degree minimum.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.70 to $31.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonuses and other incentives.
