- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and strategic upselling.
- Translate the brand aesthetic into the boutique environment by implementing visual merchandising directives and maintaining boutique presentation standards.
- Manage client appointments, private viewings and personalised shopping experiences with strict attention to discretion and confidentiality.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures accurately, handle cash and electronic transactions, and support after-sales processes and repairs referrals.
- Contribute to inventory control, stock replenishment and receipting; escalate merchandising or product availability issues as required.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotional events, product launches and client events to maximise engagement and revenue.
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with a client-centric approach and polished interpersonal manner.
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to read client cues and close high-value transactions.
- Excellent presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail in store standards and product handling.
- Discretion and professionalism when managing high-net-worth clientele and confidential client information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and special events as required.

High school diploma required; post-secondary education or vocational training in fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.
