- Deliver high‑touch, personalised client service and proactive clienteling to build long‑term relationships and secure repeat purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert styling of ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty.
- Maintain immaculate visual presentation of the boutique in line with brand merchandising directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage boutique operations including stock handling, inventory accuracy, replenishment and point‑of‑sale transactions.
- Conduct product presentations and convey the brand heritage, craftsmanship and product knowledge to clients.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and after‑sales services, ensuring discretion and a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues and regional teams on client opportunities, events and local activations.
- Proven ability to deliver luxury client service with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills; business‑level conversational ability for cross‑border clients is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets in retail or luxury environments.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation and adherence to brand standards.
- Flexibility for weekend and evening shifts; willingness to travel domestically for client events if required.

Typically 1–3 years of hands‑on retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high‑end cosmetics; demonstrable sales performance and client development experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or hospitality preferred.
