- Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to the boutique's sales targets and budgets.
- Uphold the brand's image as a Brand Ambassador, maintaining professionalism and sophistication.
- Convey brand messages, values, and culture while ensuring boutique displays meet Chanel standards.
- Build emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and enhance product offerings and service standards.
- Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel locations.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise and adhere to standard operational procedures to prevent losses or damages.
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Basic proficiency in using systems, devices, and computer applications.

Previous experience in retail or customer service, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
