1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.

5. Manage repair processes and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Strong ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred.
5. Deep passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.30 to $32.00. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
