1. Deliver personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and post-sale follow-up.
2. Provide expert product advice on footwear fit, materials and styling, tailoring recommendations to individual clients.
3. Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while accurately processing transactions and gift services at point-of-sale.
4. Maintain immaculate presentation of the Shoe Corner: visual merchandising, window displays, stock rotation and housekeeping to brand standards.
5. Manage inventory and stockroom operations including replenishment, receiving, transfers and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Support VIP appointments, private events and trunk shows; coordinate with store management and brand specialists to maximise client opportunities.
7. Participate in product training and brand briefings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and service techniques.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end footwear sales; experience within a department-store corner or boutique preferred.
2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional, personalised client service.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
4. Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; familiarity with store POS operations.
5. Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; legal right to work in Italy.
