Chanel Fashion Advisor — Shoe Corner

- Deliver personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and post-sale follow-up.
- Provide expert product advice on footwear fit, materials and styling, tailoring recommendations to individual clients.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while accurately processing transactions and gift services at point-of-sale.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the Shoe Corner: visual merchandising, window displays, stock rotation and housekeeping to brand standards.
- Manage inventory and stockroom operations including replenishment, receiving, transfers and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support VIP appointments, private events and trunk shows; coordinate with store management and brand specialists to maximise client opportunities.
- Participate in product training and brand briefings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and service techniques.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end footwear sales; experience within a department-store corner or boutique preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional, personalised client service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanour.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling accuracy; familiarity with store POS operations.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; legal right to work in Italy.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with footwear or accessories; demonstrable success in client acquisition and retention.
