1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion or luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Deep passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and social initiatives.

The anticipated base hourly salary range is $22.38-$30.00, with additional compensation components.
