1. Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and drive sales through active prospecting and clienteling.
2. Maintain deep product knowledge across fashion, leather goods and accessories to advise clients and close transactions.
3. Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and customer records in accordance with brand procedures.
4. Contribute to boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect brand identity.
5. Support stockroom operations including replenishment, receiving and inventory accuracy.
6. Assist with in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales (preferred: 1+ year).
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner and high standards of confidentiality.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to a temporary contract schedule.
4. Fluent spoken and written communication appropriate for client-facing retail; multilingual ability is advantageous.

Previous experience in luxury retail or premium boutiques is preferred, ideally with demonstrable sales performance and client development in a high-end fashion environment.
