- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support, contributing to boutique sales targets and budgets.
- Maintain extensive product and fashion industry knowledge to offer personalized advice and consultation.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
- Support teamwork within the boutique and across other Chanel boutiques.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise, adhere to standard operational procedures, and ensure compliance with company guidelines to prevent losses or damages.
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude and warm demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven teamwork abilities with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrated selling skills and track record of achieving sales targets.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems and devices (iPad, iPhone).
- Client-centric mindset dedicated to building long-lasting relationships.
Experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector, is required.
