1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

The anticipated hourly rate ranges from $27.70 to $32.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
