1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.70 to $31.00, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks available.
