1. Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.

3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and appointment‑based consultations.
4. Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate brand heritage, materials and care recommendations with authority.
5. Support boutique operations including visual merchandising standards, stock management, POS transactions and service recovery.
6. Coordinate with store management on client events, private appointments and CRM records to optimise retention and acquisition.

2. Outstanding grooming, presentation and professionalism consistent with a luxury retail environment.
3. Ability to work a variable retail schedule including weekends, evenings and peak shopping periods.
4. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in client records and follow‑up.
