1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to constantly elevate the level of service provided and exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, and product offerings.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.

Minimum High School Diploma.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $27.70 to $31.00 per hour. Additional variable pay components may include bonus potential, benefits, and perks.
