1. Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
2. Optimize the client experience by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
3. Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude to consistently exceed client expectations.
5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum 3 years of related experience.
2. Minimum High School Diploma.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Minimum High School Diploma.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.00 through $30.36 per hour. Additional compensation may include bonus potential and other benefits.
