1. Lead the development of new customers and convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients and brand ambassadors.

5. Manage repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of client service and fashion expertise.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.70 to $31.00. Additional compensation may include benefits and perks.
