1. Monitor and manage maintenance activities across Italian boutiques.
2. Utilize technical software such as AutoCAD for analysis and updating of layouts and plans.
3. Support the drafting and management of orders, contracts, and administrative documentation in coordination with the Finance team.
4. Supervise and coordinate technical interventions, ensuring rapid response times and high-quality standards.
5. Engage directly with the General Manager and Boutique Director to gather requirements, manage priorities, and plan interventions.
6. Manage external suppliers and consultants, ensuring compliance with SLAs, budgets, and company procedures.
7. Analyze KPIs and propose solutions for process and cost efficiency.
8. Travel monthly within the national territory for site inspections and follow-up work.

1. Degree preferably in Engineering or Landscape Architecture.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to independently manage activities and effectively organize work.
3. Strong planning skills and adherence to deadlines.
4. Precision, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Proactivity and problem-solving orientation.
6. Ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
7. Good command of spoken and written English.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Landscape Architecture preferred.
