1. Manage orders and deliveries of sales items and promotional materials autonomously.
2. Coordinate product launches according to the Export marketing plan, liaising with regulatory teams for necessary formalities.
3. Oversee the complete budgetary tracking of promotional materials and visuals expenditures.
4. Administer the travel retail sales force's administrative follow-up, including staffing and payroll.
5. Monitor payments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
6. Record sell-out and wholesale data for clients in the designated area.
7. Serve as the primary interface with clients for all administrative, commercial, or logistical issues.
8. Lead projects aimed at optimizing existing tools and processes for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/BAC+3) in a relevant field.
2. Experience in commercial administration is preferred.

1. Autonomous and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English and computer tools such as SAP and Excel.

Previous experience in commercial administration is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/BAC+3) in a relevant field.
