- Manage orders and deliveries of sales items and promotional materials autonomously.
- Coordinate product launches according to the Export marketing plan, liaising with regulatory teams for necessary formalities.
- Oversee the complete budgetary tracking of promotional materials and visuals expenditures.
- Administer the travel retail sales force's administrative follow-up, including staffing and payroll.
- Monitor payments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
- Record sell-out and wholesale data for clients in the designated area.
- Serve as the primary interface with clients for all administrative, commercial, or logistical issues.
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing existing tools and processes for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/BAC+3) in a relevant field.
- Experience in commercial administration is preferred.
- Autonomous and proactive with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools such as SAP and Excel.
Previous experience in commercial administration is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BAC+2/BAC+3) in a relevant field.
