Chanel Executive Assistant

- Manage the complex and dynamic schedule of the Executive Director and the Executive Committee.

- Organize team seminars and travel arrangements for the Executive Committee.
- Handle billing and expenses related to the Executive Office, including travel budgets and expense reports.
- Ensure effective communication flow within the organization.
- Organize sensitive site visits, including security arrangements, room bookings, and hospitality logistics.
- Manage reservations for special events and meeting rooms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction and relationship building.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Adaptability to unexpected changes and last-minute challenges.
Experience in a similar executive support role, preferably within the luxury sector.
