- Manage the calendars and meeting schedules for the Directors, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including visas and travel request forms.
- Oversee departmental expenses and support accurate processing of T&E claims.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, both electronic and paper-based.
- Apply new methodologies to streamline work processes and enhance efficiency.
- Foster a strong team spirit among SEAA WFJ and P&O teams and support their formation journey.
- Build strong networks with key stakeholders and facilitate team coordination across global, market, and regional teams.
- Provide project management support for regional division-wide initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials, translating ideas into structured content and conducting necessary market research.
- Ensure meetings are productive and contribute to the strategic goals of the division.
- Manage the activities calendar to optimize the Directors' time and ROI.
- Organize and represent the Directors' office in meetings and senior leader visits in SEAA.
- Champion the organization of SEAA WFJ and P&O leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow-up.
- Proven track record in serving senior executives in multinational companies.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an Asian language is advantageous.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and create impact through strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Agility and flexibility in dealing with ambiguity.
Solid experience in executive support roles within multinational corporations.
