- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director of Benelux and Scandinavia.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the Managing Director's office.
- Manage the Managing Director's Outlook calendar, scheduling meetings and anticipating priorities with discretion.
- Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and transport, while promoting sustainable practices.
- Draft and edit emails, presentations, and communications, handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Coordinate external meetings and follow-ups with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the selection and distribution of corporate gifts and thank-you items.
- Coordinate high-level visits and internal events, ensuring alignment with Chanel’s sustainability commitments.
- At least 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a multicultural environment, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Great attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills.
- Strong sense of discretion, ethics, and professionalism.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and Concur.
- Strong adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
