1. Manage the production of Fragrance and Beauty in-store campaign activations, including podiums, visual merchandising, and window displays.
2. Collaborate with internal teams such as Artistic Direction and Marketing to bring creative visions to life.
3. Integrate sustainable practices and materials into project execution.
4. Review and negotiate quotes, drawings, samples, and fabrication details.
5. Facilitate strong project communication between internal and external partners.
6. Oversee vendor management, including planning, sourcing, onboarding, and development.
7. Develop logistics for delivery, installation, and sustainability practices.
8. Organize and maintain administrative paperwork, including quotes, purchase requests, and invoicing.
9. Travel for onsite visits to validate progress and execution of projects.
10. Implement strategies for cost savings and efficient timelines.
11. Develop and refine strategies to reduce the carbon footprint.

1. Minimum 2 years of related experience in millwork, interior design, architecture, or similar fields.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketchup.
2. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
4. Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards.
5. Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with technical drawings and details.
7. Aesthetic eye for quality control.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields such as millwork, interior design, or architecture.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 to $87,000. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other perks.
