Chanel Event Strategy Assistant

1. Participate in the planning and preparation of global events within the Fashion Division's Image Department.
2. Regularly update materials provided to markets and internal departments for event planning and follow-up.
3. Conduct product analyses necessary for event preparation, including project/event tracking.
4. Collect and provide information related to event outcomes, update tracking documents, plan debriefings, collect photos, and track qualitative and quantitative feedback.
5. Synthesize and analyze event results to extract key learnings for sharing with Global teams and markets.
6. Consolidate the Competitor’s Events Benchmark in collaboration with markets.

1. Sensitivity to the fashion and luxury universe.
2. Recognized analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and anticipation capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel with advanced analysis functions (PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in event planning or a related field within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
