Chanel Event Strategy Assistant

- Participate in the planning and preparation of global events within the Fashion Division's Image Department.
- Regularly update materials provided to markets and internal departments for event planning and follow-up.
- Conduct product analyses necessary for event preparation, including project/event tracking.
- Collect and provide information related to event outcomes, update tracking documents, plan debriefings, collect photos, and track qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Synthesize and analyze event results to extract key learnings for sharing with Global teams and markets.
- Consolidate the Competitor’s Events Benchmark in collaboration with markets.
- Sensitivity to the fashion and luxury universe.
- Recognized analytical and synthesis skills.
- Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and anticipation capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel with advanced analysis functions (PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in event planning or a related field within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
