1. Develop and update event guidelines for international markets.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to produce, develop, and oversee a specific event format globally from inception to execution.
3. Coordinate and verify all content and invitations required for events.
4. Assist team members with logistics and organizational tasks such as travel arrangements and timeline management.

1. Final-year student in business school or university.
2. Previous experience in the luxury sector or event management is preferred.

1. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Proactive with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
5. Fluency in French and English for professional use.

Previous experience in the luxury sector or event management is preferred.
