Chanel Event Production Coordinator

1. Coordinate and organize fashion project events from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with global team guidelines.
2. Manage logistics by liaising with production agencies, including operational staff, catering services, photographers, and videographers.
3. Conceptualize and support the design of the client journey from arrival to post-show activities.
4. Provide on-site support during events, resolving issues and facilitating smooth operations.
5. Assist with production setup, equipment, materials, and display arrangements.
6. Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout all event stages.
7. Assist with inventory management, procurement, and order processing to support event needs.
8. Support the development and maintenance of event documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
9. Handle post-event administrative tasks, including vendor payment settlements and related documentation.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Event Production or Luxury Brand Marketing, preferably in Fashion or Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ).
2. Experience in luxury industries or agency background preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Efficient time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and vendors.

A minimum of 5 years in event production or luxury brand marketing, with a preference for experience in the fashion or WFJ sectors.
