1. Organize and coordinate fashion, WFJ, art, and culture events for global team validation, ensuring compliance with event guidelines.
2. Manage the end-to-end production process, from planning to execution, for all categories of events.
3. Liaise with production agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery of all event elements.
4. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout all stages of the event process.
5. Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to allocated expenditures.
6. Handle post-event administrative tasks, including vendor payment settlements and related documentation.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production and operations, preferably in fashion or WFJ.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong operational skills and ability to manage day-to-day activities.
4. Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and vendors.
6. Problem-solving and crisis management skills.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in event production and operations, ideally within the luxury fashion or WFJ sectors.
