2. Manage import and export logistics for event props on a global scale.
3. Coordinate press rack, backstage, and logistics for collection-related events.
4. Support documentation processes, such as visas, for entertainment events including model shows and live performances.
5. Monitor and follow up on event-related expenses.
6. Collect and consolidate post-event feedback from boutiques and share insights with relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.
