1. Manage the operational organization of global Imagine CHANEL Discovery (ICD) experiences to ensure seamless execution.
2. Coordinate and support the facilitation of content throughout the entire ICD global journey, including pre-event, during, and post-event phases.
3. Update various materials utilized in the program.
4. Maintain constant communication with internal stakeholders, including Business Leaders and speaker pools.
5. Track data, manage registrations, and generate reports for global sessions.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree with experience in event coordination.
2. Recognized for meticulousness and strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and an eye for detail and aesthetics.

1. Proactivity, organization, and agility.
2. Proficiency in Office 365 and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Comfortable with digital tools such as Teams, Wooclap, and Canva.
4. Fluency in French and English.

Experience in event coordination is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
