1. Define and execute the Sustainability IT strategy for Europe, aligning with global and business objectives.
2. Develop and lead the Sustainable IT strategy within the IT department, focusing on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).
3. Oversee the portfolio of Sustainability technology initiatives, ensuring reliable and scalable tools.
4. Lead the delivery of regional and global projects in collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
5. Ensure seamless integration and governance of Sustainability systems, measuring effective delivery and service quality.
6. Support change management for IT initiatives impacting Sustainability systems, ensuring effective communication and adoption.
7. Identify, promote, and deploy innovative initiatives to reduce the environmental and social footprint of IT.
8. Develop strategic partnerships with Chanel business teams, internal IT teams, and external partners.
9. Establish training and awareness programs about responsible digital issues and good ESG practices.
10. Manage vendor and contract relationships related to Sustainable IT matters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Sustainability, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2. 5+ years of relevant experience in Sustainability IT, including project management and tech solutions.
3. Functional knowledge of Sustainability domains and curiosity about technological innovations.
4. Experience in multicultural environments (multi-country).
5. Proven ability to think strategically and execute complex initiatives.
6. Vendor and contract management skills.
7. Solid understanding of sustainability issues and the company’s roadmap.
8. Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
